Consistency is Donnie Dubson's middle name. Check out Lines to Draw and Daydreams in his back catalogue for more finely crafted tunes. This new LP's got variety but the tunes are linked by their silky smooth basslines and complementing synths, and a nod back to a older school rolling sound. Particularly like Good Habbits and You&Me, which reminds me of Calibre's Mr Majestic. I don't normally buy whole LPs, but I make an exception for this solid selection of tunes!
